<%=company1%>,LLC today announced it has been selected by Zenith Management Company to build, install and maintain a multi-purpose communications network that provides high-speed Internet access for guest and meeting rooms and on-line connectivity between the company's headquarters in Duluth, MN, and all of its 35 properties across the United States.

The iNEThotelSM network from sentr@NET uses industry-leading technology at the property level to provide high-speed Internet access using existing wiring (only a single pair required) to carry both voice and data from guest rooms and meeting rooms. The same network infrastructure incorporates the property's backoffice to provide hotel staff a private connection to the Internet and to Zenith's corporate headquarters. iNEThotel uses the guaranteed bandwidth of an AT&T frame relay network to provide guests and hotel staff a high-speed connection to the Worldcom/UUNET Internet backbone, and to provide a private property-to-management company wide area network (WAN) that is independent of the Internet. This WAN delivers a committed information rate, scalability, and reliability that enables management companies to implement centralized and shared applications plus company-wide communications on a secure and private network.

"We are pleased to welcome Zenith Management Company to our growing list of forward-thinking hoteliers that recognize the total value of our iNEThotel network," said Ian Mackay, President and CEO of sentr@NET. "While satisfying a growing guest need for high-speed Internet access is important, iNEThotel's integrated WAN will offer even greater benefits for Zenith and its hotels as they deploy centralized services and applications over iNEThotel's private and very secure network."

More and more progressive management companies and franchisers are looking to two-way reservations systems, yield management systems, centralized CRM and e-purchasing applications, better property-to-property communications, data/voice integration and other technologies that are best served over a private WAN. Lower costs, increased occupancy, improved operations and greater profitability are the goals.

"Meeting guest demand is our number one priority and we pride ourselves in being one of the first in a number of our markets to offer this increasingly important amenity," said John Goldfine, Executive Vice President of Zenith Management Company. "sentr@NET's iNEThotel will allow us to provide the convenient, reliable, high-speed Internet access our guests demand, while at the same time provide us with a state-of-the-art, secure data network between our corporate offices and each property."

The flexibility of iNEThotel networks is reflected also in the business plans offered to hotel management companies, franchisers, franchisees and owners. Offering zero-cost revenue-sharing programs to flat-fee programs, sentr@NET allows in-term contract adjustments to meet competitive and technology changes. All iNEThotel networks include ongoing marketing support, property-specific Web site development, advertising programs, 24 x 7 guest and staff help lines and 24 x 7 network management and maintenance.
