Combined solution streamlines guest messaging for improved staff workflow and guest engagement
WebRezPro cloud hotel management system by World Web Technologies Inc. (WWT) now offers a direct connection with Kipsu, a real-time engagement solution enabling service-driven hoteliers to build relationships with their guests and improve guest satisfaction scores using texting and digital messaging.
Kipsu’s messaging platform empowers guests to engage with hotels throughout their stay using the digital messaging channels they use every day, for a better guest experience. Routing front desk calls and foot traffic to messaging channels, Kipsu allows staff to manage all guest requests and feedback from a single user-friendly dashboard, and analytics tools allow managers and owners to identify, understand and respond to service trends.

The integration between Kipsu and WebRezPro streamlines guest messaging communications upon arrival. When a guest is checked in through WebRezPro, WebRezPro pushes the reservation data to Kipsu, which Kipsu uses to generate a personalized welcome message to the guest. The automated connection saves time by eliminating the need for front desk agents to manually enter guest data into Kipsu after guest check-in.
