Vision Hospitality Group Opens Hotel In Nashville Downtown

Chattanooga-based Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. recently opened the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Nashville Downtown at the Gulch, which will feature the city’s first hotel rooftop lounge.
The eight-story hotel includes 126 modern guestrooms and suites, over 1,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and an indoor whirlpool. With direct access to I-24 and I-65, the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott is also conveniently located in the trendy neighborhood of the Gulch, within walking distance of local shops and restaurants and near Nashville’s Music Row.
The design complements the personality of the dynamic neighborhood and will offer a rooftop experience that is unique to Nashville. Up, a Rooftop Lounge is the independent bar on the top floor of the hotel, and will feature a specialty tapas menu, intimate atmosphere and panoramic views of the city. The lounge is slated to open in December.
The Gulch is known for its commitment to environmental responsibility, becoming an official LEED certified Green Neighborhood in 2009. In keeping with the characteristics of the neighborhood, the Fairfield Inn & Suites will pursue LEED certification. Vision President & CEO Mitch Patel explained that this new hotel will be both an exceptional addition to the company’s portfolio and a “unique contribution to the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott brand.”
“We are thrilled to be continuing our expansion in the Nashville market,” Patel said. “Our continued partnership with Marriott reinforces our ongoing strategy to invest in premium brands in growing markets. We look forward to becoming a contributing member of this thriving neighborhood.”
Vision currently has nine properties either in operation or development in the Greater Nashville region. The next anticipated opening in the area is this month: the Residence Inn by Marriott Nashville SE/Murfreesboro.
