Tecton Hospitality™ Selected To Manage Seven Stars Luxury Resort & Residences
Miami, FL – Tecton Hospitality™ announced recently that it has signed a contract to manage the Seven Stars Luxury Resort & Residences on Grace Bay in Providenciales in the Turks & Caicos Islands in the Caribbean. The five-star luxury resort is scheduled to open in February 2008. The property, which is currently under construction, is the second condo property to be managed by Tecton's boutique hotel division Desires and its third property in the Caribbean.
Seven Stars is being developed by Sodalco Development Company Ltd. under the leadership of Jak Civre, the president. Once completed, the resort will consist of seven luxurious residential buildings. It will feature a spa and fitness center, two tennis courts, an oceanfront pool, an upscale Italian restaurant, a clubhouse with a business center and a private beachfront dock and pier.
"We were drawn to this property because it is located in the Turks & Caicos Islands, which is not only a tropical paradise that attracts people from all over the world, but has one of the fastest growing economies in the region," said Raul Leal, president of Tecton Hospitality. "We're excited to be a part of this project and look forward to working with Jak and his team to make this resort a success."
"With our previous success in the condo hotel market and managing properties in the Caribbean, this venture was a natural progression for us," said Doug Carrillo, vice president of sales and marketing for Tecton Hospitality. "We look forward to the opportunity to provide future guests with an environment that offers the luxury and experience of a resort, but at the same time, a place where they can call home."
