StayBridge Suites® Named Best In Customer Satisfaction
ATLANTA - InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), the world's largest and most global hotel company, received what is perhaps the industry's highest form of compliment – recognition for guest satisfaction. IHG's Staybridge Suites extended stay brand was honored recently by Market Metrix, LLC for superiority in customer satisfaction during the fourth quarter of 2004.
In a Market Metrix Hospitality Index survey, customers named Staybridge Suites as the leader in customer satisfaction within the extended stay segment.
"Staybridge Suites always strives to ensure guests have a high quality guest experience at our hotels by inviting them to make it their place," said Robert Radomski, vice president, Brand Management, Staybridge Suites. "It is an honor to be recognized by the people that matter most—our guests."
Staybridge Suites entered the extended-stay market in December 1998 when its flagship location in Alpharetta, Georgia, opened. Since that opening the Staybridge Suites brand continues to grow rapidly. Staybridge Suites is an innovative all-suite hotel meeting the needs of the extended-stay guest. It is ideal for travelers seeking a residential-style hotel that is perfect for business, relocation, and vacations. Most hotels offer three suite options (deluxe studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom/two-bath). All suites feature functional, well-lit work stations with ergonomic seating, fully equipped kitchens, two-line speaker phone with voicemail and direct dial access. High-speed internet access is also available at no charge.
Staybridge Suites hotels also offer several unique amenities such as complimentary guest laundry and workout facilities, deluxe complimentary breakfast buffet which features two hot items and a 24-hour business services center. In addition, guests will enjoy gathering in the hotel's Great Room for nightly "Sundowner" receptions for refreshments, light appetizers and conversation. Currently, there are 79 Staybridge Suites hotels open throughout the US, Canada and South America.
In addition to Staybridge Suites, the IHG portfolio includes InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Hotel Indigo, Holiday Inn Hotels & Resorts, Holiday Inn Express and Candlewood Suites. It is the world's most global hotel company, with more than 3,500 hotels and 536,000 rooms in nearly 100 countries.
