SREE Hotels Acquires Courtyard By Marriott In Columbia, South Carolina

SREE Hotels, LLC, today announced the acquisition of the 189-room Courtyard by Marriott Columbia Downtown at USC in Columbia, South Carolina.

The new owners plan a four million dollar renovation to upgrade the interior and exterior, as well as integrating the new Courtyard Refreshing Business Décor Package into the lobby area.

It is also within walking distance to the Historic Congaree Vista – a trendy shopping, dining and entertainment area. The hotel also offers convenient access to Colonial Life Arena, Riverbanks Zoo and Garden, Koger Center for the Arts as well as the South Carolina State Capitol.
