Sealcoat Elastic

Sealcoat Elastic is a tough, highly flexible coating based on a mixture of emulsion polymers especially formulated to provide crack bridging of the substrate with excellent resistance to mildew and dirt pick up.

Uses: Sealcoat Elastic is a protective and decorative coating for cracked or crack-prone substrates such as stucco, concrete, brickwork, concrete block, cinder block and wood. To prevent the deterioration of concrete structures through carbonization, chloride attack and water ingress. To provide decorative waterproof crackbridging coatings on domestic, commercial and industrial buildings.
