Introduction
RBS-CMS is a turnkey, full-featured Communications Management System that is designed for companies that supply long distance services to their customers or members. It provides full billing and accounts receivable capabilities. RBS-CMS integrates with most major telephone systems in a manner that far exceeds conventional PBX integration --- including polling PBX's from different manufac-turers simultaneously, and capturing data in real time.
