P.Z. Resort Systems, Inc. adds an additional 5,000 properties

P.Z. Resort Systems Inc. is pleased to announce that it has entered into channel partnership agreements with online travel content providers Wakeman & Costines North American B&B's Ltd., TravelNet Ltd., Autotelica LLC, Chocolate Chip Creations, and Colorado Bed & Breakfasts Inc. These five companies represent a total of 5,000 properties and 18 websites located across the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Resort Systems will provide its BnBLinx reservation management system to these sites including bbdirectory.com, one of the three most visited bed & breakfast websites on the Internet. Under the agreement, the companies will market and sell RSI's BnBLinx property management system to their clients in a revenue sharing model. The company is ahead of schedule with its business plan and these recent agreements expand the company significantly into the United States, Resort's primary market. To date, Resort has signed contracts covering 6,300 Bed & Breakfast, Inns and boutique properties.

Revenues from the BnBLinx online, real time reservation system come from up front sale of the software, a percentage of reservation fees generated from every online reservation and technical support fees.
