Maestro is a real-time, enterprise wide property management system available on both Windows and UNIX operating systems that, according to the manufacturer, meets the requirements of any size hotel, resort, or conference/meeting center. It is said to provide multi-property and corporate reservations facilities with the flexibility to migrate the database from one platform to another within hours.

The system includes a real-time yield management system and a current status screen, which provide users with access and information on how to manage an entire hotel from one screen. It also offers the ability to access a facilities customer information database via data-mining and productivity tools such as analysis components, spreadsheets, word processors, and report writers. The system supports interfaces that include credit card processing, video check out, PBX, POS and key lock interfaces, and two way real-time Web reservations.

The system is also equipped with a an Activities Scheduling & Billing module to facilitate a lodging's operation with custom package planning of third party services, and expanded group management features to handle large volumes of reservations.
