Hotel-Focused Reports: Unlike many other call accounting systems, ProfitWatch Call Accounting was designed specifically for hotels. Therefore, the reports included within ProfitWatch are entirely hotel-focused, making tasks such as determining guest and staff telephone usage, analyzing actual cost vs. profit, and night auditing easy to perform. Reports can be viewed, printed, saved to disk or emailed to other users. ProfitWatch can also automatically email scheduled reports; a useful feature for hotel groups with centralized offices.
Reliable: Alarms provide a safety net to prevent any loss of telephone revenue in the event of a problem with the PBX or PMS interface. ProfitWatch will "speak" to help the user identify and remedy interface or 911 issues. For example, if the PMS interface has failed, the user will hear "Alert! The Property Management System has not received phone calls for the past 20 minutes. One suggestion is to restart the interface controller." Alarms can also be configured to alert a pager and/or email account.
PMS Interface Ready: ProfitWatch interfaces with virtually any Property Management System and the interface is included with each ProfitWatch purchase. Cutting-edge interface standards such as Internet Protocol (IP) posting are also supported.
