Online Guest Surveys

Rather than have guests answer survey questions on paper, this tool allows them to link into a Website to provide their input. Hotels can send their departing guests an email request to fill out their surveys online. In addition, guests can be given a card when they check out or have one sent through the mail that invites them to complete the survey online.
The survey, which can be customized as needed, can provide hotels with more complete information with question "branching." For example, if customers answer "fair" or "poor" to a question, the survey can then branch the customer into more specific questions about that issue, providing the client with the specific service delivery areas that may need improvement. The survey then compiles answers immediately for quicker reporting back to the client.
The program also provides monthly reporting for analyzing overall trends, service quality, and competitive benchmarking.
