Naples Hotel Group expands portfolio into Tennessee with new management contract for the Courtyard by Marriott Memphis East/Bill Morris Parkway.

The hotel was brought into the Naples Hotel Group portfolio under the leadership of Andrew Bou-Sliman, Vice President of Acquisitions and Development, and Rich Cassara, Senior Vice President of Operations. It is the company’s second management contract with the ownership group, Conor Acquisitions. Naples Hotel Group currently operates a Fairfield Inn & Suites for the company in Florida.

The Courtyard is located near Germantown, a vibrant suburb that puts the airport and downtown Memphis attractions within reach. The Tennessee hotel recently completed a full renovation including guest rooms. The 96 key hotel features 630 sq. ft. of meeting space and on-site restaurant and bar.
