Montage Hotels & Resorts Select BirchStreet Procure-To-Pay Platform
Newport Beach, CA (Marketwire) - BirchStreet Systems, Inc., a leading procure-to-pay provider to enterprises around the world, has been selected to provide its procure-to-pay (P2P) platform to Montage Hotels & Resorts, a leading luxury hotel brand that manages three world-class properties in the U.S.
BirchStreet's cloud-based P2P application suite will be implemented at Montage Laguna Beach, Montage Deer Valley and Montage Beverly Hills to manage purchasing and automate accounts payable processes. The rollout includes BirchStreet's e-Procurement and AP Automation applications, as well as a number of supporting features, such as Advanced Approvals and Declining Checkbook Drilldown to monitor budget versus actuals on a real-time basis.

Using BirchStreet's P2P platform, Montage suppliers will be directed to send all paper invoices to a centralized BankTech processing center where an advanced OCR and QA process will create electronic versions of each paper invoice. These will then be transmitted to BirchStreet's auto-matching engine which will perform an automated three-way match between invoice, purchase order and receiving record. An electronic image of the paper invoice will also be generated and attached to the corresponding record in the BirchStreet software.
