Michael Vance to lead Omni Dallas Hotel at Park West


This month the Omni Dallas Hotel at Park West strengthens its reputation as a first-class, luxury establishment by welcoming new General Manager Michael Vance.

With more than 20 years of hospitality leadership experience, Vance arrives at the Dallas location equipped with the crucial ability of successfully managing a hotel property.

For the past two years, Vance's concentrated efforts with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts stabilized and refined the Summerfield Suites in Malvern, PA, a 229 all-suite, full-service operation. Along with managing the executive staff and overseeing all employee operations, he effectively converted the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts property from a Marriott Suites location.

Over the years, Vance obtained extensive knowledge while working with the Interstate Hotels Corporation, a third party management company that operates properties worldwide. By holding positions such as general manager, director of operations, resident manager, and director of services and revenue, he developed a wide range of award-winning skills that will benefit the Omni Dallas Hotel at Park West.

Vance actively participates in the community and consistently represents hotel properties as a member of local chambers of commerce. He has worked with Goodwill Industries, the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the March of Dimes. He, his wife Lisa, and their four children are currently relocating to the Dallas area.
