M Resort, Spa And Casino Selects Suite Of Solutions From Agilysys

Boca Raton, FL - Agilysys, Inc., a leading provider of innovative IT solutions, including specifically-designed hospitality software solutions, has announced that M Resort, Spa and Casino in Las Vegas has selected a suite of software solutions from Agilysys to streamline efficiency and control costs at the upscale property, which is scheduled to open in March 2009. M Resort will implement systems for property management, inventory and procurement and spa management.

M Resort, Spa and Casino will use the following solutions from Agilysys:

  • Lodging Management System (LMS) by Agilysys, a comprehensive property management solution that automates every aspect of a hotel's operations -- from reservations and credit card processing to accounting and housekeeping. The Web-enabled system is based on a services-oriented architectural framework that offers maximum flexibility and minimal upkeep. Its versatile foundation expands to incorporate additional modules for activities scheduling, attraction ticketing, food and beverage, itinerary planning, online reservations, remote check-in and more.
  • Stratton Warren System (SWS) by Agilysys, a full-featured inventory and procurement solution that maximizes purchasing power and reduces revenue losses. The property will use the SWS Bar Coding module for wireless data collection of inventory and the SWS Purchasing module to automate the entire procurement cycle and improve accuracy in ordering.
  • Visual One Spa Management System by Agilysys, a feature-rich solution that covers all aspects of running a spa business. The system keeps track of employee work schedules and commission levels, sends e-mail appointment confirmations to guests, enables staff to insert comments into guest records for more customized appointments and generates a variety of reports.
