Luxury Resort Centralizes High-Touch Operation On Maestro PMS Suite Single-Image Database For 360-Degree Guest View

Markham, ON - NORTHWIND Maestro PMS, provider of Maestro Enterprise Property Management hotel software and reservation software solutions for hospitality, recently announced the Hecla Oasis Resort is implementing the Maestro Enterprise Suite at its luxury golf resort and spa. The Hecla Oasis is utilizing Maestro PMS, Maestro Analytics Business Intelligence, ResEze Web Booking Engine, Sales and Catering and Spa and Activities Management on a single database platform to enable a '360-degree' guest view for unsurpassed high touch guest service at the 5-Star oriented resort. The property is home to Manitoba's top 18-hole golf course and offers a European day spa with wellness-center programs, eco tours led by a staff biologist, a culinary studio, indoor and outdoor water parks, pet spa and leading edge conference center.

The property is focused on earning a 5-Star rating in its first year of operation.

The Hecla Oasis Resort is in pre-opening after finalizing a $20M development project that positions the property for Mobil 5-Star qualification. As a year round destination, Hecla Oasis will have an Icelandic Family Winter Park and provide a wide variety of outdoor activities throughout the winter months. Only two hours from Winnipeg, Hecla Oasis Resort is currently booking reservations for leisure guests and business groups interested in corporate retreats.
