Concierge AT is a hospitality communications system that provides hotels with state-of-the-art digital switching systems, call accounting, integrated voice mail, a PC with hospitality software, and PMS integration. The system is designed to lure the business traveler away from the cell phone and back to the cell phone, where the hotel can earn incremental revenues.
Features for the business traveler include:
- Direct Inward Dialing (DID)– The hotel can assigning a personal phone number to the business traveler. If the guest is not in, calls can be answered with a personal greeting via voice mail, and retrieved remotely using private password set by the guest. Calls to office numbers can be forwarded to this number as well.
- Dual wake-up calls – Guests traveling together but with different schedules can receive separate wake-up calls.
- A business phone for business travelers – The business quality phone features speakerphone, programmable feature keys, multi-line access, and a display that is fully integrated with the voice mail and other system features. The phone also features caller ID, display messaging, and the ability to simultaneously make a voice call and a data call using only one line.
This system's hospitality software and voice processing are loaded on a single Windows NT server. The software provides hotels with features that include: check-in, check-out, room and maid status, telephone status, cash deposit, and report generation.
