The renovation included the construction of an entirely new 3-story wing, adding 17 additional room keys and a fitness center. Existing guest rooms also received updates including new flooring, case goods, televisions, soft goods, and bath fixtures.

With these upgrades, the hotel plans to capitalize on the growing demand for accommodations in the greater San Diego and La Jolla markets.
