The Adderly Grouplogies is a proprietary guest information system and database that stores the personal preferences, profiles, and hotel visit history of all of a hotel's targeted members or guests.

The system enables a hotel to identify guests in advance of their arrival and to deliver "customized" guestrooms and services according to their personal profiles and defined preferences. According to the manufacturer, this can provide a hotel's guests with feelings of recognition and familiarity, thereby increasing customer loyalty and providing a hotel with tangible revenues. This system application interfaces directly with a hotel's Property Management System (PMS) or Central Reservations System (CRS).

The system also generates a series of standard automated reports, enabling service teams to deliver customized accommodations and services in a timely and accurate manner. Standard reports include:

  • Member preferences reports
  • Welcome cards
  • Special occasion report
  • Bellman Cheat Sheets
  • Removal Report
  • Member history report
  • A variety of customized reports that can be established per individual hotel requirements.
