Edward Box named General Manager of the Little America Hotel and Towers

Edward Box has been named General Manager of the Little America Hotel and Towers. The hotel has completed major remodeling within the last three years.

Box has more than 35 years of experience in hotel management, primarily within the Little America Hotel organization. Box also served as the General Manager of the Little America Hotel and Travel Center in Little America, Wyoming; and was Director of Food and Beverage for the Little America Hotel in Cheyenne and Director of Food and Beverage for the Little America Hotel and Towers in Salt Lake City.

Box began his career with the Marriott Corporation in Salt Lake City. Previous positions include Supervisor at the Tropicana Hotel in Las Vegas; Manager of the Front Office of Little America Hotel and Towers; and Club President and Manager of the Restaurant Minoa and Club 39 in Salt Lake City.

The Little America Hotel and Towers and The Grand America Hotel are part of the Little America collection of Hotels and Resorts owned by Earl Holding. The collection features the Sun Valley Resort in Sun Valley, Idaho, selected by the readers of SKI magazine as the nation's top ski facility for the second time in 1999; Snowbasin Ski Resort, outside Salt Lake City, which will be the site of the Olympic Downhill and Super G Races; The Westgate Hotel in San Diego; and Little America properties in Arizona and Wyoming.
