Chicago-Based Hotel Management Company Selected as the Operator for the Hotel Indigo Nashville, Adding to its Overall Management Portfolio

Chicago, IL (PRWEB) - Chicago-based hotel management company, Arbor Lodging Management, announced that it has been engaged by JMI Realty to operate the Hotel Indigo located on Printer’s Alley in downtown Nashville at 301 Union St., Nashville, Tennessee. This engagement marks the 37th hotel in Arbor Lodging Management’s rapidly expanding management portfolio of hotels across 22 markets and 16 states. The engagement also reflects Arbor Lodging Management’s continued commitment to grow in the urban boutique segment. As the operator, Arbor Lodging Management will lead efforts on behalf of ownership to re-position the hotel and give its guests a unique boutique experience, highlighting the rich history of its location and the storied history of Nashville. As part of the renovation, the hotel will be completely reimagined to include a new food and beverage experience and great room. The plan also includes upgrades to guest rooms and common areas, and the transformation of an adjacent building into what will be one of Nashville’s premier event spaces with a marquee ballroom.
