AmeriSuites Expanding in the Carolinas

Prime Hospitality Corp. has inked a multiunit development agreement with Charlotte, NC-based ABC Investments to open 15 AmeriSuites over the next six years in North and South Carolina.

ABC will develop 10 AmeriSuites in North Carolina, focusing on metropolitan areas such as Charlotte, High Point, Winston-Salem, Raleigh-Durham, Greensboro and Asheville. The firm will also develop five properties in South Carolina, in target areas including Charleston, Columbia, Hilton Head and Myrtle Beach.

Four AmeriSuites are open in North Carolina in the Greensboro, Raleigh and Charlotte markets; three in South Carolina, in the Columbia and Greenville markets.
