A Locals' Favorite, Sambalatte Lounge Plans December Grand Opening Of New Store Off Highway 215 And Jones

Sambalatte, which has gained recognition as one of Las Vegas’s favorite coffee restaurant hot spots, announced recently it will open its second location in Las Vegas in December. The new restaurant will be located in the Southwest of Las Vegas, off Jones Road and the 215 Freeway at 6555 South Jones Blvd. A third Sambalatte restaurant is planned for the new MGM Resorts International entertainment project, which involved the transformation of the front facades of New York-New York and Monte Carlo into an outdoor plaza experience featuring a series of casual bars, eateries and retail destinations. The additional locations will create approximately 40 new jobs.

The new Sambalatte store will feature familiar, delicious Sambalatte coffee, unique brewing techniques, savory food, a drive-thru window, a large covered-patio seating area able to accommodate up to 45 guests, free parking, free Wi-Fi, available power sources and more. Known for being environmentally friendly, supporting local businesses and providing superior customer service, Sambalatte will continue to create a diverse social environment.

“We are very fortunate to open a store in this prime space,” said Oliveira. “The idea is to expand the Sambalatte brand to another venue, incorporating the best features from the original Sambalatte location while continuing to provide the same experience. We want you to feel like you are stepping back in time to a simpler era.”

For this project, Oliveira partnered with local designers NOVUS architect. Sambalatte, which has won BEST COFFEE in Las Vegas for the past three years, first opened in Boca Park in September 2010.
