Naples Hotel Group Announces Topping Out Of The Hampton Inn Plant City

Leading Florida hotel Management Company Naples Hotel Group shares that the roof has been completed for Florida hotel.

Naples, FL (PRWEB) - The Naples Hotel Group, a leading owner, operator and hotel management company for nearly 18 years, announces the topping out of the Hampton Inn Plant City. Naples Hotel Group has the contract to oversee development and management with owners Henderson Properties, LLC. As part of the contract, NHG is leading the overall development and will manage all aspects of the opening and operations. The general contract for the building has been awarded to Pinkerton & Laws. The hotel started construction in March of this year.

The Florida hotel is located be located off of I-4 and Thonotosassa Road exit. The exit is along the growth corridor between Tampa and Orlando and about 30,000 cars get off of the hotel’s exit daily. Plant City is home to the iconic Florida Strawberry Festival, located less than a mile from the hotel. In addition, the hotel is 20 miles to downtown Tampa.

The Hampton Inn will have 89 guest rooms, an outdoor pool and fitness center. Opening is anticipated during the first quarter of 2017.
