Broadband Hospitality Enters Las Vegas Market To Help Crescent Hotels & Resorts Keep Pace With Evolving Technology Standards

Crescent Selects BBH to Upgrade its SpringHill Suites Las Vegas Convention Center Property to Marriott GPNS Brand Standards

Youngstown, OH (PRWEB) - Broadband Hospitality (BBH), a preferred provider of unified technology solutions for hotels, and Crescent Hotels & Resorts, a leading hotel and resort management company, today announced that they will partner together in the Las Vegas market to upgrade technology at Crescent’s SpringHill Suites Las Vegas Convention Center property. BBH is one of a select group of hotel technology providers that carry the Marriott GPNS certification and, therefore, the company is uniquely qualified to guide hotels nationwide in achieving Marriott GPNS brand standards in line with today’s guest expectations.

Beginning in November 2018, Crescent has authorized BBH to take over the servicing of existing technology eqipment at its SpringHill Suites Las Vegas Convention Center property. It will also begin upgrading of the hotel’s (HSIA) High Speed Internet Access Network and firewall, adding access points to augment existing WIFI coverage. Throughout this process, BBH will provide onsite technician support for the property, as well as 24/7/365 consolidated help desk support services from its Youngstown, Ohio-based support team.

“We recognize the huge role that technology plays in driving the guest experience at our hotels and we view Broadband Hospitality as the right partner to guide us toward achieving Marriott GPNS standards that will help us exceed our guests’ expectations,” says Mike Metcalf, Chief Operating Officer, Crescent Hotels & Resorts. “BBH has the right people, the best pricing, and the resources we are looking for to take performance and service to the next level at our SpringHill Suites Las Vegas Convention Center property.”

With high-performing Internet access cited as the number one demand (and complaint) of hotel guests, properties of all types and sizes are realizing that a fast, reliable network is vital to guest satisfaction. A property that meets Marriott GPNS brand standards is poised to provide guests with a consistent, high-quality technology experience due to meeting stringent Internet access and management capabilities that evolve with changing standards and expectations. Forward-thinking hotel and resort management companies such as Crescent recognize that when a traveler selects a property that meets GPNS standards, they are more highly likely to have an optimal guest experience.

“It is a true privilege for us to work with Crescent and other major hotel management companies who understand that their investment in the right technology is also an investment in their hotel’s ability to increase performance and guest satisfaction,” says Broadband Hospitality President and CEO Vince Lucci. “In a time where industry standards and guest expectations are constantly changing, we are able to leverage our Marriott GPNS certification and nationwide network of technology service providers to enter new markets like Las Vegas and get right to work implementing solutions that always drive results for our customers. With upgraded technologies in place, we look forward to helping Crescent decrease costs, increase efficiency, and wow their Las Vegas SpringHill Suites guests.”
